| Aster’s Cheriyala plant is located in Hyderabad, India. It is spread over an area of 26,305 sq. meters and has an annual production capacity of 10,800 MT of Lattice Type Transmission Towers, Substation Structures, Telecom Towers and Broadcast Towers.
As the quality of the products from any manufacturing facility depends on the infrastructure, the manufacturing facility at the Cheriyala plant is organized in very well planned and well engineered semi automated machine layouts. |

Fabrication Process
- All tower parts are manufactured on Semi Automated Machines
- Special Jigs and Fixtures for Hydraulic Presses to ensure that the bent items are precise and built without distortion
- Special Jigs and Fixtures are made for welded components and MIG machines are used for welding operations for better welding strength and cost effectiveness
- Various material handling equipments like the EOT Cranes and Mobile cranes are utilized for handling steel and tower parts
